At RCSBank, there are over 450 years of banking experience represented by the staff. And while longevity in the workplace is becoming rare, this is not the case at RCSBank! Eight employees have been in the RCSBank family over 10 years, six have been here over 20 years, and three have passed the 30-year anniversary!
